Kitties Needing Temporary Homes for the Holidays

Planned PEThood Kitties Needing Temporary (or permanent!!)

Homes for the Holidays

Planned PEThood will be closed from 12/20/2012 - 1/2/2013.  We would love to give our foster kitties a chance to spend a week or so with a family while we are away.
Can you open your home to one of our sweet furkids?

Faith is a very special kitty that we have become very attached to, but who needs a special person to love her.  She came to us with a very bad wound and we have nursed her back to health.  She's a sweet, purry, former feral who would really love to spend the holidays in a quiet home.

Katniss is the last of our Hunger Games kittens.  She's about 9 months old and very spunky.  Purrs all the time and wants lots of attention!!

Ana and Cerci are two beautiful long-haired torti's who are sweet & purry but timid until they get to know you.

Molly is a beautiful 7 mos kitten!  She's beautiful and very purry and sweet!  She's the most playful kitty we have!
HAS BEEN FOSTERED -- Thanks Sarah!!

Lily is also one of our pretty former mama kitties.  She definitely prefers a dog-free home, but loves to sit in your lap and purr.

Jerome is Mr. Snuggles.  He will quietly follow you until you sit down.  At which point he will settle in next to you and rest his chin on your wrist while you surf the internet.  He has very loud purrs, is about 2 yrs old and has a very nice eartip that makes him look tough.

Sweet, sweet Kate is a VERY floofy girl.  A couple of years old and very friendly.  Not sure how she feels about dogs, but we wouldn't mind finding out!

Beautiful Flora is about 5 yrs old and the best hugger you will find.  She is also our laundry supervisor!!

                    ADOPTED -- Woo Hoo!!!

Spanky - 9 months old, snuggly, chatty boy.  He would love a break from the kitten room.  Spanky is the big daddy to all new kittens, taking them all under his wing.

Karen is a beautiful 2 yr old former mama kitty.  She is our lobby greeter extraordinaire.  Runs to greet everyone as they enter the clinic!

HAS BEEN FOSTERED -- Thanks Katherine!!!

Scarlet -- This pic doesn't do beautiful Scarlet justice.  She is the floofiest, pretty girl.  Somewhat shy, but very sweet when given personal attention.  She is about 2 yrs old and thinks dogs smell bad.  ;-)

Frito is willing to drive himself to your house for the holidays!  He's about 9 months old and is seriously the sweetest snuggliest kitten ever.  He adores belly rubs.  Frito is still deciding how he feels about dogs.  A break from our kitten room would be heaven for him!

                      ADOPTED -- Woo Hoo!!!

Beth -- Beth is about 2 yrs old and is one of our sweetest lobby kitties.  She doesn't love dogs, but stays out of their way and would probably be fine with a calm one.  She loves all people, big and small.

Petunia -- She's about 2 yrs old and LOVES DOGS.  She's a typical Calico with some 'tude, and is very friendly and outgoing.  She's not afraid of anything.

HAS BEEN FOSTERED -- Thanks Taylor!!

Also needing foster, but waiting on pictures are Sonny & Cher who are 4 month old kittens.  Sonny is a squishy & purry, but timid short-haired black male and his sister Cher is a beautiful and outgoing short-haired tuxedo.

And, lastly, is our trouble-maker Lacey.  Lacey is an 8 yr old long-haired black female kitty.  She despises other cats and doesn't mind telling them about it any chance she gets.  She shares her displeasure with us by leaving "deposits" on Elizabeth's desk.  Lacey does fine when she's the only spoiled-rotten pet, but lost her last home when the family adopted another cat.  Anybody pet-less for the holidays want to give her a break from her cage???
